6.1  What is our warranty?

1. After approved the sample, before you place an order and pay for the deposit, you are welcomed to pay a visit to our factories, we are confident that you will be greatly impressed by what we have and what we can do.    
2. Before the delivery, we support our clients to arrange the third party to inspect the quality of the goods,If mass production is not same as approved sample, we will take the fully responsibility and the samples are provided for free.
3.  Any shipment delivery ,the factory will pay for your loss. 
4. We cherish every clients, every clients can enjoy our VIP service at any time.  

6.2  What is after-sale services,and how to deal with quality claims?

1. Take photos of the problems and send to us  and take videos of the problems and send to us
2. Send back the problem goods, or we will sent our representitive for inspection.When we comfirmed its our problem, after communication with customers, we will return the amount of problem goods, or cut this amount in next order, and make new production and sent immediately, or sent together with next order according to customers' requirement or payment cash reduction in next payment.

6.3 How to confirm the quality before mass production?

1. Get a free sample, and inspect the quality;
2. Send us your samples, and we make the sample and drawings first  for your confirmation first.
